CORPORATE CONSULTANCY AND LEADERSHÄ°P COACHING SERVICES

I offer a consultancy program for your company that unites needs-based empathy that leads to satisfied and more motivated employees, customers. Within the framework of this program, we first identify the parts of the situation via one-to-one, needs-based coaching within the company and develop support and action plans to meet these needs. In this process, I offer Leadership Coaching to team leaders and managers where they can be heard, ask questions, get inspired and meet their “leadership self”. As part of these coaching sessions, I share tools to support leaders to connect with both themselves and their teams.
